I created a sample newsletter for Attio using beehiiv.

Here's the strategy behind it:
1) A separate brand name
Attio just raised some serious funding, so it makes sense to create a separate media brand that's an extension of the company.
That's why I titled the newsletter, Pipeline Pulse.
2) Curate the best content from the Attio ecosystem
This is a great place to share case studies, educational content from Attio's partners and creators.
It acts as both an extra distribution for the content while providing value for the readers.
3) A simple how-to explainer
For non-technical folks (like myself), half of the battle of using a CRM is educating users on how they get the most value out of the product.
As someone who has used 3 different CRMs and is still relying on Google Sheets 😂, a section like this would be a game-changer.
4) Soft CTA for the 14-day free trial
This would turn some of the content lurkers into product users.
5) Soft CTA for the partnership program
A lot of Attio's users are startup founders, so having a CTA that every week encourages them to take advantage of the partnership program is a no-brainer.
6) Link to all of the partnership offers
As the Attio user base (and email list) grows, having a place like a weekly newsletter where they can link to all of the different programs they run is a no-brainer.
7) Weekly poll to gather product feedback
Product feedback for SaaS companies is essential, so asking readers and users which features the company should focus on next makes sense.
Keep dominating,
Tanyo
