I keep seeing the same stuff on LinkedIn and X - prompts.
I’m sick and tired of them at this point for a few reasons:
I have tried most of them, and I rarely get outputs that are good enough to improve my work.
They are very surface-level.
Copying and pasting prompts into your favorite AI tool won’t give you the results you want or need, it will give you mediocre results at best.
If you really want to go a step beyond and actually get good work from AI, you need to create dedicated tools for certain tasks.
For both Claude and ChatGPT, these are called Projects.
Not sure what Google calls their version, but we are talking about the same thing here: a dedicated AI tool that does one certain task well.
So here’s how you set it up:
Go to ChatGPT or Claude, depending on the task you’re going to perform.
For strategy/advice, I use ChatGPT projects.
For writing, I use a dedicated Claude project.
Create a new Project
Start with one simple task.
For example, a dedicated project that’s focused on creating LinkedIn content for you.
Train it
The way you train a project is the following - you put a TON of data into each project, such as your previous content pieces, formats that work well, hooks, etc, and also your digital assets, so the project can be trained on your style and voice.
Also, do the obvious things like tell it to remove em-dashes, “It’s not this, it’s that” type sentences, and all of the different annoying things AI does.
Keep training it
What most people do with AI is copy and paste prompts or create projects, train them once, and then forget about them.
What REALLY makes a difference with AI is that you need to keep training it to get better output.
But it really makes a difference.
Personally, with my projects, I use them a lot for myself and for my clients, and I got great results.
I still need to edit and make changes (obviously), but they really speed up the process in a way that copying and pasting prompts simply does not.
So, create 1 Claude or ChatGPT project, follow the process, and let me know the results.
Keep dominating,
Tanyo
